Deposit Limits
Set a cap on how much goes in over 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Go to My Account – Limits – Deposit Limits. Cut the limit and it applies straight away. Raise it and you wait 24 hours – that cooling-off period is deliberate.
Loss Limits
Same idea, different measure. Instead of capping deposits, this caps how much you can lose in a set period – daily, weekly or monthly. You can set it for all products together or split it between casino and sports. Find it under My Account – Limits – Loss Limits.
Time-Outs
Need a break without closing your account? A time-out pauses everything for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 weeks. Bets already placed stay open and settle normally. Go to My Account – Timeouts, or ask us via live chat.
Self-Exclusion
This one is longer term – 6 months minimum, up to 5 years. Your account closes, marketing stops and any balance is returned to you. Go to My Account – Self Exclusion or contact us via live chat. Think carefully before you set a period; it cannot be shortened once it starts.
Reality Checks
Every account starts with a 30-minute reality check – a pop-up that tells you how long you have been playing. You can change the interval under My Account – Reality Check, anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Product Restrictions
Want to block yourself from casino but keep sports, or the other way around? Product restrictions let you do that for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years. Set it under My Account – Limits.
